This RPG is starting in a place where there are no Clans or any other organized groups of cats. Given that this is an RPG based on the Warriors series, that will change pretty quickly. However, at the present time there are only kittypets, loners, and rogues in the area. And depending on which of these your character is, you need to know the following information:
Kittypets
Your character lives in either the old Twoleg nests or the new ones. All the cats who live in the old Twoleg nests would pretty much know each other except any cat who moved in recently, and any that are old enough would know that where the new Twoleg nests are used to be a very large open field with scattered trees last newleaf. And where the Highfence is there used to be a shorter one, but they replaced it with the higher one around the same time the tore up the trees and started building the new nests. Quite a few loners used to live in the field and your character may have been acquainted with some of them, but many of them were killed or disappeared when the workfolk came. The kittypets who live in the new Twoleg nests are strangers for the most part - at most they've been there for a moon. Your character also probably has heard lots of stories about it being very, very dangerous to go past the Highfence (there are huge, cat-eating creatures there!) but even if they're very adventurous they likely haven't tried - the old field and now the construction sites are exciting enough places to explore by themselves without risking the Highfence.
Kittypets who live in the new Twoleg nests may have lived with their housefolk in a different nest before, but more often they got your character shortly after settling into their new nest. Either way, at most your character has lived in the area for a moon and probably knows very little about the area.
Loners
This area is an extremely difficult place for loners to live without being at least partly dependent on food from Twolegs. There are old, large buildings like barns among the old Twoleg nests, but more likely your character (or your character's mother if your character is very young) lived in the field where the new Twoleg nests are before it was destroyed by Twolegs last newleaf. And if that's the case, your character has been trying to scratch out a living as best they can - most likely by resorting to eating kittypet food even if they are generally against the practice, though it's also possible to catch enough prey in the undisturbed area immediately next to the Highfence. Some loners may be desperate enough to venture beyond the Highfence for prey, but the forest behind it is considerably wilder than the Twolegplace and a cat may fall prey to anything from foxes to coyotes there and there's rumors that it gets even worse further in.
Rogues
Since rogues don't have a permanent home, they're likely new to the area and know little about it. They're more likely than the kittypets or loners to have the skills necessary to safely explore beyond the Highfence, but since it's devoid of any cats it isn't very interesting at present except for the abundance of prey.
Extra Info for Very Spiritually Sensitive Cats
Those who are just slightly more sensitive than average probably only have an overall feeling that something exciting is about to happen. Those who are firmly above average may have had dreams of hunting in a pine forest. Those who are firmly above average and have an approved warrior ancestor may have had many recent dreams of their ancestor. Those who are well above average may have had dreams of chasing Silentstar through a pine forest, but not being able to catch her. Those who are well above average and have an approved warrior ancestor may have had dreams where their ancestor explains that a cat matching Silentstar's description will come and that they should listen to her.
