Current Needs and Requirements for New Characters

Encouraged - The following would be extremely helpful:

• Rogues and loners between 12 and 50 moons who know how to fight and hunt
  
• Kittypets under 12 moons old
  
• Cats with warrior ancestors (See the thread on this board about that)
  
• Cats who were formerly in a group with a culture invented by the character's creator

Allowed - The following are neither encouraged nor discouraged:

• Males
  
• Females
  
• Queens, pregnant or with kits under 6 moons old
  
• Rogues, loners, and kittypets of all kinds
  
• Cats with a high degree of spiritual sensitivity
  
• Cats who would make good leaders (but don't count on it happening)
  
• Cats who would make good medicine cats (but don't count on it happening)

Discouraged - We already have too many of the following, or they're just not particularly helpful to the forum at the moment:

• Any cat who can't be convinced to join a Clan
  
• Kittypets who have been to the Cutter
  
• Kits over 2 moons without a mother for their character
  
• Cats over 70 moons old

Restricted - Strongly discouraged, but a really good character with one of the following may be approved: (Send a PM to Fate asking for more info before creating the character for best results)

• Cats who were formerly in a Clan
  
• Any non-cat character
  
• Kits under 2 moons without a mother

Temporarily Not Allowed - The following will not be approved at this time, but may in the future:

• Clan Cats - There isn't a Clan on the forum yet.

Not Allowed - These will never be allowed, ever:

• Characters with names from the books (see the Names thread in the Reference Library)
  
• Characters who are effectively clones of book characters
  
• Characters with backgrounds that tie into the books in any way
  
• Cats from Tribe or other cultures mentioned in the book other than Clan cats.
